Today to introduce to you: poron and eva foam what is the difference?
Poron is a high performance waxy open cell polyurethane foam material whose chemical composition consists of reaction products of polyols and polyisocyanate compounds. Its main components are polyisocyanates and polyether polyols, which form an open-cell structure by adding bubble blowing agents in the manufacturing process. This material has excellent softness, compressive resilience and durability, and can be widely used in various cushioning, sealing and sound insulation fields.
The choice of its chemical composition gives Poron good chemical stability and high temperature stability, able to maintain its performance in the range of -40°C to 70°C.
1. Appearance: poron has obvious pores in its cross section; The surface of EVA foam is the same as the cross section, without pores.
2, foaming method: poron is extrusion foaming, theoretically unlimited length, ordinary coil is generally 300 meters or longer; The EVA foam uses degree mold foam, so the parent sheet is the size of the mold sheet, and the length of the single sheet is limited.
3, foaming raw materials: when EVA foaming, rubber can generally be added, so its elasticity has been significantly improved.
4. On the grade unit: poron is generally differentiated by foaming ratio; EVA foam is generally differentiated by hardness as a material grade.
