[2024-08-10]

Here are some possible applications for inoue foam on high-speed trains:

Vehicle interior decoration and riding related parts

1. Seat part:

- Seat filling material: provide a soft and comfortable ride experience, and have a certain elastic buffer, reduce the fatigue of a long ride.

- Seat headrest, backrest, cushion and other parts of the body contact padding: increase the softness and fit.

2. Sleeping compartment (if the high-speed train has sleeping compartment) :

- Sleeper mattress bedding: make the sleeper comfortable.

3. Interior floor cushion: it can play a certain role of shock absorption, sound insulation and increasing foot comfort.

4. The buffer layer behind the interior panel and side panel of the car: prevent the vibration of the interior panel and other parts from abnormal sound during the operation of the vehicle.

Vehicle equipment and components related aspects

1. Electrical equipment peripheral:

- Cushioning pads in some electrical control boxes: prevent vibration from causing damage to electrical components and poor contact.

- Cushion behind the electronic display: protects the screen.

2. Door system:

- The filling foam in the door sealing strip: enhances the sealing performance.

- Cushioning material in the door interior panels to reduce vibration and noise during operations such as closing the door.

3. Air conditioning ventilation system:

- Air conditioning pipe joints, air vent edges and other locations of the sealing shock absorber material to reduce vibration transmission and prevent air leakage.

4. Window perimeter:

- Damping cushion in the window glass mounting slot to prevent glass damage due to vibration.

5. Toilet facilities:

- Some sanitary ware, wash basin and other cushioning pads in contact with the installation site.

Vehicle operation safety and maintenance related

1. Cushion layer in tool storage area: prevent tools from being damaged and colliding with each other due to vibration and other reasons during vehicle operation.

(2) The cushioning material between the equipment at the bottom of the vehicle (such as some sensors, etc.) and the mounting seat.
