What is the temperature range of Rogers foam?

The temperature range of Rogers foam is usually-40℃ to 90℃. In this temperature range, it can maintain stable performance and meet the needs of various application scenarios. However, some foam products may have a wider temperature range, such as short-term temperature resistance up to 150℃ or even higher. For example, Rogers 4701-41-30031-04 foam can maintain stable performance in the temperature range of-40℃ to 180℃ (short term).

In addition, Rogers' silicone foam has a relatively wider temperature range and can be used in the temperature range of-70℃ to 300℃.

There are many models of Rogers foam, and different models have different flame retardant grades. The common flame retardant grade is UL94 V-0.

For example, Rogers Poron V-0 foam has been specially formulated to meet all the requirements of UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade. Its thickness is 5mm and 6mm, its manufacturing width is 137.2cm, and its density is 400 kg/m. There is also Bisco™ HT-820 silicone foam, which also belongs to the high flame retardant UL94 V-0 grade.

However, it should be noted that although some products of Rogers foam can reach UL94 V-0, there may be other products with different models or special specifications, which will be determined according to the detailed specifications of the products.
