1. General interior/electronic control models for conventional rail transit (ATR, MS, HH, CH standard flame retardant series)
Flame retardant grade: UL94 HBF (horizontal combustion)
Representative models: ATR-24, ATR-32, HH-48C, MS-32, CH-48.
Performance: the horizontal combustion is slow and self-extinguishing, and there is no molten drop to ignite the materials below. At the same time, it has passed the FMVSS 302 automobile/rail interior combustion standard, which meets the domestic subway and high-speed rail interior foundation fire protection requirements; Low smoke, low VOC, no dust falling off, suitable for passenger room door panel, interior sheet metal and common control cabinet seal.

Flame retardant grade: UL94 V-0 (vertical highest flame retardant grade, halogen-free formula) SlimFlex
Representative model: RX-32 (V0 model of rail transit)
Core advantages: the vertical open flame can extinguish itself quickly within 10 seconds, and there is no burning droplet, no halogen and extremely low toxic smoke; Temperature resistance-40℃~110℃, suitable for traction inverter, high-voltage cabinet, vehicle battery periphery, signal power supply module and other parts with high heating and high fire rating requirements, and it is the core flame retardant material for subway and high-speed rail exported to Europe.
Second, the rail transit supporting industry certification
Domestic urban rail: the basic model of UL94 HBF meets the general requirements of GB/T 32374 subway vehicle interior fire protection; RX V-0 level is mandatory for high heat source parts.
Europe exports high-speed rail/subway (EN45545)
RX-32(V-0 halogen-free) can complete a complete set of fire protection tests (smoke density, toxicity and heat release) for EN45545 HL2/HL3 rail vehicles; Ordinary HBF is only applicable to low-risk interior areas.

UL94 V-0 is the highest vertical flame retardant grade that polyurethane foam can reach, and its fire safety is much higher than that of HBF;.
